Epic Rap Battles Shows Trump Wins Always

The more mass media hates Trump, the more casual folks like to like him. That means it not all going according to plan of powers that rule. The other side Clinton clan, they will start nuclear war only to buy some new cars.

Trump has openly said that he would have “shot the Iranian boats out of the water” for making improper gestures towards American vessels and somehow Hilary is the warmonger?

Clinton’s team has stepped up its attacks on the media, increasingly arguing the coverage is unfair and that Trump has received kid’s gloves treatment from the press. Clinton surrogates pointed to Matt Lauer’s handling of a presidential forum on MSNBC this week as exhibit A.

Trump’s campaign routinely battles with media figures; on Friday Trump tweeted that CNN is an appendage of the Clinton campaign. His love-hate affair with the media, which has enjoyed high ratings from Trump’s entrance to politics, is if anything more intense than Clinton’s.

Critics and members of the media have accused Clinton of hiding from questions about her use of a private email server as secretary of State and connections between the Clinton Foundation and her State Department.

Clinton spent August almost entirely off the campaign trail for a string of private fundraisers. In that time, her favorability numbers plunged and polls of the presidential race tightened significantly, leading some Democrats to worry the election was slipping away.

The Democratic nominee has engaged more with the press in September. She began travelling on the same airplane as the reporters covering her campaign on Labor Day, and on two instances has stepped into the back cabin to briefly address the cameras.

In the press conference on Thursday, Clinton vented her frustration at the press’s coverage of the race – one of several instances in which her campaign has directly sought to influence how the media portrays her.

4chan, the notorious message board, has a long history of cheating for online competitions. In 2009, users flooded the Time 100 poll to ensure that the site’s founder, Christopher “moot” Poole, made the cut. In 2012, the pranksters employed JavaScript to vote for North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Time’s annual Person of the Year poll and followed suit the next year with Miley Cyrus and Edward Snowden. 4chan also ensured a school for the deaf won a Taylor Swift concert. Likewise, a Twitter prankster helped send Pitbull to Kodiak, Alaska, as part of an online challenge by Walmart in 2012.

These types of efforts aren’t always successful, but given the tight turn of online polls during debates, they’re highly susceptible to such pranks.

In this latest incarnation, multiple Reddit users enlisted the Trump-supporting masses on r/The_Donald, which has over 200,000 subscribers, by posting dozens of online polls that are vulnerable to vote brig adding, bots, and other forms of manipulation that make these non-scientific surveys notoriously unreliable.

The goal, according to comments surrounding the poll-manipulation threads, is to twist the mainstream media narrative that crowned Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton the victor. The effort spread to Twitter, where #TrumpWon became the number one trending topic universal.

While screwing with online polls will likely have little effect on the overall results of the election, which is currently in a dead heat between Trump and Clinton, the activities of Trump’s supporters foreshadow the tactics we may see come election night—especially if Trump falls behind.
